July 22, 2002.  Paramount's Carowinds new for 2002 Ricochet. Our first trip to Carowinds and what a nice park it is. Ricochet is very similar to PCW's Fly except that it does not have the initial drop of 50ft. Paramount's Kings Dominion also got a Ricochet but it does have the 50ft initial drop like PCW's Fly.
