July 23, 2002.  Paramount's Kings Dominion Volcano The Blast Coaster. Kevin and Donna's first ride on Volcano. This is the first installation of an Intamin launched coaster. The on ride photo is taken at the first launch just when you leave the station. Volcano has a second launch just before being sent out of the top of the volcano. Volcano gave Intamin the idea for their Launched Impulse Coasters.
