The Plunge and Super Soaker are two separate rides but share a loading platform tower in common. You must decide which one to ride as you make your way up the stairs because there are two separate queues. These slides were the third expansion of Splash Works in 1999 and add some nice head chopper effects on Minebuster. With the addition of the queue tower came another entrance/exit to the south side of Splash Works which makes it much easy to come and go. The pink side (right) is the Plunge which is a straight trip down over two bumps in your multi person raft. The blue slide (left) is Super Soaker which first greets you with a water curtain and after that it is all wet in this super sized twisting water slide. |
