Wonder Mountain Erupts (Sneak-a-Peek) June 29/00

We were at PCW last night, which turned out to be a fantastic evening. Because of the heavy rains yesterday PCW crowds were pretty light last night. We had just gotten off THE FLY and decided to get an other spin on Vortex but the queue was closed at about 9:15PM. We were a little ticked and didn't know why they would close early. About 9:45 we were walking near Cliffhanger and Wonder Mountain starts to erupt with fire, smoke, and fireworks. The display works quite nicely and it is about time that PCW has nightly fireworks. I dare say it even puts PKI's nightly display to shame. The official start date is not until July 2.  I guess we were just lucky enough to get a sneak peek.
